We specialize in data utilization, retail communications, and campaign designs. Dunton has successfully worked in urban, suburban, and rural settings across the United States.

We are currently looking for individuals that are 18 years or older who have the ability to work physically in PA. Complete the form below and we’ll get you scheduled for an interview/training.

Current and Available Positions: Canvassers, Canvass Supervisors, Quality Control Team Members, and Recruitment Team Members.

What is canvassing: Canvassing is the act of talking directly to a targeted group of people in order to convey a message  and/or to collect data.

Pay Scale: Minimum pay rate $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Travel & Lodging:  Travel, room, and one meal a day are included

Pay Schedule: Weekly

WORK REQUIREMENTS (during COVID-19)

Must be able to:

• Interact with voters in an intelligent and persuasive manner

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Expectations:

Organize on the ground, building relationships with diverse communities with the core goals of:

• Persuading them to vote for progressive candidates and issues
• Motivating them to vote for progressive candidates and issues
• Perform voter contact door to door daily, to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met.
• Meet assigned goals associated with each metric on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Report daily on quantitative and qualitative metrics, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
• Assist in building and managing community events, including tabling, in execution of our field and organizing strategy.
• Work with field leadership to plan and help implement new outreach strategies in your region.
• Attend daily scheduled calls and meetings.
• Attend training on voter contact tactics, program strategy and safety.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
